Our Cloud Mugs are microwave safe. Hand wash and avoid submerging them in water to keep them lookin’ and feelin’ their best.
They are microwave safe, but you’ll want to be sure to only wash by hand.
WHY IS A HOLE IN THE MUG’S HANDLE?
These mugs are made from a double-walled ceramic to keep your latte nice ‘n warm. Because of this, steam can collect between the two layers and the hole provides much needed ventilation.

If you are located near Suffolk County, NY, you can pick up your online order. In order to pick up your order and avoid shipping charges, you'll need to select local pickup at checkout!
